With around 500 employees and international production sites, our client is a globally operating, healthy medium-sized company and market- as well as technology leader in the field of high-precision plastic products, primarily for the automotive sector. The corporate group with locations in Germany, the Czech Republic and China offers its customers innovative solutions, highest quality, flexibility and long-term partnerships. To strengthen the top management at the site in the Czech Republic near the Austrian border, we are looking for you as
- Managing the company site in the Czech Republic with around 100 employees having profit and loss responsibility
- Management of all technical and commercial areas, including quality management
- Continuous optimization of the entire value chain, further development of existing production processes and introduction of new production processes and technologies (identification and implementation of cost saving potentials in indirect and direct areas of production), taking modern methods into account
- Ensuring the specified qualitative and quantitative range, result and cost targets as well as compliance with applicable directives and regulations, in particular health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Ensuring the necessary information flow, reporting to the management
- Central contact for the company headquarters
- Technical studies, e.g. mechanical engineering or comparable with business background knowledge
- Several years of professional experience in the field of production and process engineering of plastic products and proven success in a comparable function in a plastic injection molding company as well as knowledge of modern quality management methods
- Along with your professional qualifications, efficiency, commitment and enthusiasm are just as much a part of your strengths as process-oriented thinking, good planning and analytical skills, systematic and structured working style, confident approach, solution-oriented and communicative skills, exemplary role models, as well as providing professional competence and clear objectives
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, diplomacy and assertiveness
- Good knowledge of German or English, ideally also Czech
